Am starting on the build up trail now that weight has picked up after the protexin incident.
All about building up her back end up more than anything else in this instance (she is doing other work so it is balanced)
I normally lunge over poles, alternate raised ends, on a straight and on a circle, but just wondered if anyone had any other set ups they used?
