Lungeing nightmare WWYD? on the point of despair!

Reading posts like this makes me thankful I got my own land. My horses live out all year. Having had a few spinal ops I was finding looking after and riding my horse increasingly dangerous during 'no turnout' periods. I certainly didn't want to end up being injured and took decision to go it alone. Many livery yards pack em in and pile em high which means no turnout when weather is bad. I just don't think it's fair on horses to expect them to be couped up in a 12' x 12' cell for days on end and then expected to behave when they are given freedom, they are bound to want to ket off steam.
OP loose school your horse and look for somewhere else where your horse can have more turnout.
