Lungeing over poles

I was thinking of lungeing Frank this weekend but with poles.......any have any ideas on what/how to use them?

I have done it before but it was only 2 poles on the top and bottom of the circle (i know, a circle doesn't have a top and a bottom but you get what I mean)

so what else could I do??

raised trotting poles on a curve? If you raise alternate ends it really gets them working their backs

it doesn't matter about distances does it? he can find his own way?

For trot I'd put the poles just over 4ft apart at the centre and see how he goes - you may need to adjust the distance depending on his stride.

I'd put them in a kind of fan shape, so that they work on a circle, and have 1 person stride between the middles of each pole

Mine too

I saw William Fox Pitt saying to put the poles between breeze blocks if ur horse did this but I'm not sure I like that idea....
