Lunging- Horse gradually gets faster and faster!

It is RAF Halton, Aylesbury. Fantastic ride but very busy and entries sell out within a day or so now!
 
Mine used to do this- absolutely no problem to lunge and very good to voice commands once you got going but to start!!! Whhheeee she was off as much as she could and it took a few circuits of running and leaping to get control. The one thing I found was I could not lunge her without some kind of aid... she was never big on side reins but at least they slowed her down a bit! Now I use a harbridge which allows her to stretch down as much as she likes and just reminds her not to blast off. As she's done it more regularly she's got better.
