Have a competition this weekend and really need to get the beastie worked. Was thinking of lunging save my saddle from a drenching should I just leave it or go for it in the pouring rain. Am I Mad!!

Years of having to pre-book RS things mean I view horsey-time as too valuable to miss due to rain - go for it! (Says she who rode, albeit it only a little bit and bareback in the stroms last week...)

RIDE! I wish I could (pony still in hospital)

- make the most of it!!

i lunged my boy today mainly because i only cleaned my tack yesterday and couldnt face it going rock solid agian and thought that the fat boy (he isnt fat lol) that it wasnt an excuse for him to get out of work

RIDE! You wont dissolve - and nor will your tack! xP
I ride hail, rain or snow... ok, so maybe not hail (I'm not that cruel) and we dont get that much snow... but I enjoy riding in the rain

Maybe I'm just odd, but it's nice and quiet - and because I'm relaxed, my horse works better! xD Or maybe he just wants me to hurry up and take him back inside...? It works, anyway! :P

if you look carefully under the forelock you will find the care label .... all mine are 100% waterproof and guaranteed not to shrink!! it might be pouring rain for your competition they need to learn to work in the rain and tack does recover if good quality
