Thank you to everyone who responded to my post at the weekend, and anyone who read the post, about my 4 year old lurcher who had gone in to liver failure and I was contemplating PTS. Your replies were really helpful and helped me get my head straight.
Since the weekend she has made a remarkable recovery. She has got brighter everyday and the depression seems to have gone. Today we went for a walk and she got left behind did full on lurcher gallop to catch up. Was so pleased to see her run and happy again. Have made appointment for her to have further investigations on 31 January. Until then just enjoying the good days.
