last season i showed him as a riding horse, but this year i am leaning towards LW hunter, but i need your opinions!

He will as usual be the thinnest in his class by miles, as he will be the only one in either class that will be actually fit

It is county standard as well if that makes a difference.

I was leaning towards LW hunter for missy .

For merlin hmmmm Not sure ...Only way you could sort that one out is try a LW hunter class , see what the judges say .

Lovely looking beast and I agree you could try in LW hunter but would probably be marked down for being too light

If he is going to be the smallest in the class by far, do you not think he is out of place rather than all the rest.
I have been watching riding horses classes for the first time this year and i can honeslty say i didnt think any of them looked like unfit fat horses. However i did notice they are generally well covered and look bigger than your boy! Maybe large hack might be better
