LWP RAN OUT - still taking orders and money

Ordered from Liverpool Wood pellets now over 2 wks ago, rang up once to see where my delivery was, as money had gone out of account and been more than 3-5days, they gave me a day last week and said my order was been put on a lorry that day. Order never arrived, but gave them benefit of doubt with snow etc, so rang up today and they have now told me they have ran out of pellets!!!! BUT they have my money and are still advertising and taking orders! Not impressed! Just a warning to people anyway!
 
Yes they were very rude to us too! Very dissapointed, think i'm going to ask for our money back because they couldn't tell us when they would have them in stock. I also understand supplies running low, but they should tell people, and stop taking more orders and more peoples money!!!!

Think it will be back to aquamax for me!
 
Hmm - I have had the same problem. Was told they would arrive on Wednesday last week - when i phoned them I was given a different number to call then the person who answered that promised me that my order was being dispatched the next day and promised they would be here tomorrow. Having read this will be on the phone first thing tomorrow.
