Can you store the bags outside, of do they need to be undercover??

Outside should be fine. When mine were delivered one of my bags had a tear so I used that one first but the rest were still sealed and would be perfectly waterproof

yep, mine are outside where the driver left them at the entrance to the barn. Only problem i have is the peacocks keep crapping all over the bags!
