The hoof oil looks an odd colour, but is actually really good, if you apply it thinly. The hoof oil spay is quick and easy, if you horse is good at standing and with sprays.

I have some of the coat shine stuff (not sure of the exact name). The OH bought it for the hounds but I stole it! I have used it for shows and have been really impressed.

Not sure about value for money though as I didn't buy it!!!

I use the mane & tail detangler and it works well. I have the coatshine too but I always use my bottle of Absorbine because I think it's better. Not sure if it really is, but I think it is!

I think the products are good. I particularly like the quikplait for my annual plaiting session on our grey native when he does PC area stuff.

I can't think of one I've used which I've thought was rubbish. Daughter got given the bag with products/grooming kit for her birthday. I also like the hoof oil spray for using at shows.

I have used the mane and tail spray, and contrary to other posters, I found it pretty poor. Didn't really de-tangle without a good amount of effort - And as an aside, my horse's tail is done every day, so it should be fairly easy! IMO the best one on the market is Canter- It is also one of the most reasonably priced.
