If he did refuse,maybe he was unable to give a sample when the FEI wanted him to for some reason?
To echo Lucretia,the man is a legand and an inspration-and personaly,untill they can prove wrong doing I wont belive a word of it!

I am afraid that from my conversations this week many of the riders believe they are damned either way. i feel a rebellion in the air and it isnt just showjumpers who are getting worried either.

Wouldnt blame them at all.
Yes we all want our sports clean but riders also have to be able to get on with their job.From recent discussions on here and in H&H it looks as though the regulations are getting stupid...
