Does anyone know where i could get this done?
I just really want a little really basic leather headcollar, to fit a small pony but not mega thin or padded leather, not adjustable (hence thinking maybe made to measure?) I mean literally the most basic thing that fits perfectly. Its to attach a thinline grazing muzzle to.
Everything is just slightly wrong for him. The Thinline ones are really tiny (mini) and way too big (pony) I generally buy him XS head collars but they adjust so its fine- i find the adjustments get in the way of attaching the muzzle ties.

I want about 1" wide, thin soft leather with small rings, doesn't even need a buckle really just a throat clip will do fine.

I reckon a saddler would be able to make that for you! And plenty of places that make made to measure bridles would be able to, a quick google of 'made to measure headcollar' gives a few hits :)

Yes, see if your local saddler will make one, we get asked to make all sorts of things in all sizes. Remember making an arab filly show slip in 3/8" rolled leather, did my eyes is as it was so small!
And a 16" girth for a tiny pony, plus 66" long reins and 68" girth for a Belgian draught mare in the USA, you never know what you will be asked to make next!

Actually someone on here has offered kindly to have a go!
They are on holiday but I’ll take measurements and plan a design of some sort.
My local saddlery is so busy they have a back log of repairs.
There is another guy who is more a one man band not so far away i could try though if plan A doesn’t work out.
