Does anyone know anywhere that makes made to measure riding gloves?

You could try Humphreys Gloves, if they cant then I'm sure they might know of someone who does.

Size guide is a bit basic: just the measurement across/around the palm. No other info re fit.

The guy at Signature Leather is called Tim, is very helpful and easy to deal with. He can advise on measurements and has even sent me samples by post to try in the past.
