Made to measure headpiece

Has anyone had a made to measure headpiece before to accommodate very large base of ears and did you find it worked?

I don't want an anatomical bridle as prefer to be able to swop bits/nosebands without fuss, just need a cut back headpiece.

Also, it appears difficult to just buy a cut back/curved headpiece without having to buy the whole bridle, unless anyone knows where to look?

Just had a quick look, thanks for the name.

I've had someone up to have a look at him in his normal headpiece, they are going to see what they can do.

Something about curved headpieces not staying in place as well as they should....
