made to measure long leather boots..anyone know who does them?

I am looking for a company who make the old style long leather riding boots to measure. There are loads who do the dressage and show jumping style but I need the old hunting style pull on flatish top with garter strap and can't find any anywhere...

I have some hawkins ones.They were made for a friend but she put on weight and couldn't wear them anymore so I was lucky enough to buy them off of her. I don't know if they are still around but they were really good quality and although I no longer wear them I still have them and they are still in great condition after years of use.

Have you spoken to the people at Equitector?

I tried on a pair of their boots when at YHL last year, they fit in length and width around my calf, but could have gotten both of my ankles into them, the guy said they can do made to measure, i decided against it and ended up with a pair of brogini's - might be worth getting in contact with Equitector, I know they have a hunter style boot...

Just been on the equitector website and they do garter strap inserts and straps for their hunter long boots...
