no recommendations but they are well worth the money i havea pair that are 28 years old and they were worn basically 24/7 for 20years when mum was a groom she then had them shortened and widened for me and they are still going just needed new soles last year
they were made and bought in canada they dont have a brand they were made in the 80's they just stuck a load of leather together and bobs your uncle theres your boot. they didnt have styles then. they were $150 back in 1982 so god knows what they would cost now
have you thought about buying a second hand pair of made to measure ones and getting them widened and shortened yourself?
Cavallo boots. They are really lovely and nowhere near the price of Konigs. Mine are an adjusted calf fitting, not fully made to measure so they were only a bit more expensive than a standard boot. I bought mine from Panache Equestrian.
I had lovely made to measure boots made by a company called Wheatley. Very reasonably priced. Was about 12 years ago, so don't know if they are still around though. They had a stand at shows like Hickstead.
