Made to measure showing bridle

I have realised the slip head on my best mate's show bridle is too short and causing his bit to lift in his mouth which in turn is making him fussy in his chops. So it's time to replace the put together double bridle which I acquired over the years and get him a proper one of his own. He is larger than XF and I want a 2 inch noseband so it matters to me to get someone who is really good at doing these things but ideally it will be less than £200!
The question is who would you recommend?

Wow, what a big handsome boy... Another one for Anna Pennel.... She made one for our boy whose smaller than pony but Shetland has everything on last hole and looks a bit silly
