my girly is on magic calmer and has been for a while now. it was brilliant to start with but lately it seems to be doing nothing. has anyone else found this? is it possible its not enough for her and i should up the dosage? i use it mainly because she is super spooky.
 
My arab has been on it for a while and its still working on him, my friend also uses it on her nutty TB mare but she has upped the dosage. so it might be worth trying.
 
Same happend with my friends horse... she still feeds it, but I think that is out of fear of him suddenly turning into a psyco if she stops feeding it (even though he's no different now to how he was before he was on it!)

They get immune to things like that after a while dont they? Perhaps it might be worth giving it a break and trying something different or nothing at all for a while, then going back onto it... you cant keep upping the dose forever!
 
Its funny because i know a few people who feed this stuff and all seem to have noticed this.

Has a definate effect at first but few months down the line doesnt seem to be doing so much!

There are loads of other calming products on the market i guess you can always change to another if one doesnt do the job otherwise your throwing money away!
