I'm pondering about buying some magnetic boots and/or wraps for my boy as he has arthritis. He's on joint supplements as well as linseed oil, but am considering giving magnotherapy a whirl to see if it helps.

He's completely sound, just stiff - he also has regular McTim chiro and massage treatments.

Has anyone used them? Good/bad reviews? Which brand are the best?

Many thanks x

Have used the bioflow tendon wraps for a tendon sheath problem. Cant really say whether they were any good or not, the tendon sheath seemed to not fill as much whilst i was using them but it made no difference to the lameness (to be expected though really).

I have bioflow tendon wraps too. I use them on my TB if he's done a hard days work or been competing, and also on my ancient 30 year old if the weathers cold and damp, as he's arthritic. They do help, especially with reducing puffy legs in the morning, but to be absoluley honest I don't think there would be a lot of difference in using similar tendon wraps without magnets. I asked my vet and he told me there's no harm in using them.

Bio flow, worth every penny

A women uses the 4 brushing boots for her 30 + yo welsh ponie with metobolic syndrome, previously she was stiff and blood flow to her hooves was poor with in weeks off using them she was a different animal, fit well and full of it!
