Magnetic boots?

When stood in for more then 2 hours Levi's back fetlocks puff up, once a walked for 2/3 minutes they go completely back down, but with winter drawing in and he still be coming in over night I wondered would magnetic boots help? I wouldn't leave him on him over night but maybe for the hour or two I am about on the yard (mucking out and doing other yard jobs)

Worth a try or waste of money?
