My horse has arthritis in her hocks and as the cortisone injections didn't work for her I am managing the arthritis with a joint supplement, bute and 24/7 turnout. However when it is very wet I like to bring her in for a few hours to dry her feet and legs out and have bought some ridiculously expensive magnetic hock boots which I am afraid to put on her when she is wet.

I use thermatex leg wraps on all 4 legs to try and keep her joints as warm as possible whilst she is stood in and I have been looking for thermatex hock boots but they don't make them.

Can anyone suggest any alternatives to dry her hocks out and keep them warm whilst she is in or do you think it is ok to use the magnetic hock boots on wet legs?
