Magnetic Hock Boots???

useless - dont stay up!! - dont use in field as they will slip down and if in stable might be ok but wouldnt leave overnight.
if its for hock try magnetic rug or bioflow brushing boots/wraps - the magnets dont have to be over the affected joint - i wear bioflow bracelt for my back - if i take it off my back hurts the day after so clearly doesnt have to be over my back!!!

Magnetic hock boots shouldnt be worn in the field or overnight - the magnets are too concentrated over that area. Same for the brushing boots. Magnetic boots designed specifically for stable use are fine (but again shouldnt really be used overnight as they have a tendency to overheat the legs).

I have two sets of magnetic hocks boots - a neoprene set from equimagnets (I am an agent so have personally tried all of the horse and some of the human stuff) and aeroborn thermalux boots. I dont have a problem with them staying up - they both have double straps. However I would never leave them on for more than 4 hours (building up from 20 mins) and in fact I havent had them on for longer than an hour or so. They have very concentrated magnets, and my horse will fidget after about 40 mins or so (less time in summer) as they do build up heat, especially the neoprene ones. He prefers the aeroborn ones.

As said above, the magnets dont have to be over the affected area to benefit.

Yes I use Bioflow bracelet for my back - when I stay at my other halfs place & I don;t wear the bracelet my back kills - I thought it was his bed even though its nearly new!! Think the bioflow works. i was beginning to wonder if they worked but am now convinced. Use the boots on a 32 yr old horse - they make a hell of a differnce. have tried them for a hock - but can't really say how good they were - I norm do the old hot water & soap massage followed by cold hosing on hocks. They def work for stiffness etc tho. We also used the collar on a dog who had a calcified spine - it was great for him.

Hi You say you are a agent for equimagnets well my horses measures 34.4 around his tendon area and I cannot find any magnetic boots to fit him I tried equimagnets and they only go upto 32.5 have you any suggestions ?

I'm another who couldn't get them to stay on but my horse's hock was so swollen that probably didn't help.
