Hi - my understanding is they both generate heat (using different methods) and thus bring healing & relieve sore bits etc...
But I'm not sure which to choose?

Thoughts....?

There is no scientific evidence which suggest magnets work. I read that wearing magnetic boots is as good as stable bandages as it is just the heat from wearing boots which is the benefit so I went with Back On Track wraps as the ceramic inside makes them better than normal wraps.

I also know magnets work. Had bad shoulder, for 6 months. About 6 hours in a magnet and it moved!

I had even forgotten had the thing on as I was convinced it would not work. Was not until the friend who loaned it to me asked how I felt that I realised.

Sounds like both could work though TBH.
