I bought some magnetic wraps last week, to help his two calcified splints go down (acquired from serious hooning in the field). This is after DMSO and homeopathic therapy, and before we go down any other route, or just leave them.

Anyways, the splints have really started to go down, and I'm amazed ! I'm going to try them on the shettie for his arthritis too.....seems like £9.99 well spent.

Anyone else tried magnets, would be really interested to hear any comments.

I've got a magnetic rug for my mare who used to occasionally get a trapped nerve in her shoulder when stabled. It's amazing, completely stopped it happening and was well worth the money spent!!

I saw the rugs too - a major investment, unless they work aren't they ! You must be really pleased - if peeps recommend them, I may suggest one (or the sew in patches) for my friend who's gelding has an arthritic shoulder. I'm even considering strapping Shy's patches to my back, lol sm x

I am always delighted to see someone else raving about the power of magnets for lameness/ other problems. I have appeared on here so many times upping the merits of bioflow, NEW, aerborn now Harpley and other companies magnetic wraps, overreach boots hock boots and rugs without which I wouldn't have a happy mare, and many of my horsey friends would be struggling with niggles the magnets sort really effectively. Well worth the investment, I am pleased for you and your neddy :)

well he's had four hours of the wraps (from Equimagnets), and the splints really have gone down - even hubs confirmed it today. I've never used magnets before, but I'm really impressed so far. I got the price wrong, £12.99, just been on ebay to leave feedback. sm x
