Ok this may sound a really silly question, but I have never had or used a Magnetic rug so what is the purpose. My reason for asking is a lady at the yard her friend is giving up horses & selling all her stuff & most of her stuff is very expensive gear & she is selling it cheap. I have had loads of stuff off her not that I needed anything oops :eek:. She has a magnetic rug for sale in my horses size it does have a few mouse nibbles on it apparently, but I haven't seen it yet so can't say how great the condition is, but she only wants £5 for it. So are they any good? :)
 
I like them. I have boots and borrowed friends premier equine one which I really liked.It did appear to help horse.Boots definitely helped with swelling in legs on a box rest horse with tendon prob.It encourages blood flow to area(may do other things and someone can correct if thats wrong)
 
def get it and if you dont want it and its either 6'6 or 6'9 ill have it lol!

both Fig and CS have the armadillo ones, which are fab, really seem to help soften and realx the muscles before and after work and keep them loose over the back.
 
Thankyou for the feedback. Sorry Prince33Sp4rkle it's only 6ft, although she has a bigger one I think. I no this rug won't off been cheap as all of her gear has been expensive stuff, but she is selling for silly money. I bought some Sergio Grasso Sanremo boots of her she has had them resoled & new zips put on last year I looked them up they retail around £500 & I got them for £30.
