Magnetic wraps

Hi all, (also posted in vet)

So I have 18th filly and was wondering if a magnetic wrap will aid recovery on a explority arthroscopic hock op. Anyone got experience using magnetic wraps to aid swelling reduction?

She is sound but just wondered if its worth the expense?

you cant put the wraps over an open wound, anything with metal in it, or recent scar tissue or anything cancerous.

Bioflow are very good, and I have had great results on my horses using their magnotherapy boots. Have to warn you though, that since they have created a new design of boots they do not wear very well at all, mine have started to fall apart after six months continual use, the others with the old design lasted me years.
