But it was very funny re visiting you and Esther pulling his 'science' apart!
 
I think some of the improvements to the horse is from either warmth for the boots/wraps and for the equi streams i think its more of a pro preaception thing working on the horse. When my dogs back legs got weaker, we used to out paw boots on him a few times a day for 10 / 15 mintes, he would lift back his legs higher which would engage different muscles to help strengthen etc.
 
Magnets! Lets just suspend disbelief for a moment and consider all the "CHARLATAN QUACKERY" THAT HAS EXISTED .oopS Caps lock ,key pad past ots ell by date as is owner. Mould curing infections .Flemming ,your going to kill some one with your mould. And whats that nutter Jennings doing with cow pox . On a more modern note ,Red light therapy. Got to be snake oil . Yet we now understand (30 years after NASA took it on faith that it did work) how it causes molecules involved in healing to spin faster ,and that the rate if healing depends on how fast they spin . Yes there is charlatan garbage out there but we must be open minded to the possible. My ever so clever nephew (gets it from the colective notacob genes) tells me about ion channels in the body as an internal communication system completely separate from the CNS , hormones etc. What happens to ions passing through a magnetic field ,as professor notacob (phd craggy island university) put it "Who the feck knows!"

Flemming and Jenner both had evidence that their discoveries had a verifiable effect.

So far, despite looking, no dicernable effect has been found from the use of static magnets, when compared to a non-magnet.
