Any idea's where I could source them from?

I was going to get some magnetic boots for Chester to wear overnight in the stable during winter to try and help with his arthritis. However - some bright spark suggested that rather spending £££ on new magnetic wraps, that I could just get some magnets and sew them into the Thermatex wraps I already have.

Brilliant idea, but I have no idea where I would get them from?! Can anyone help?

Nice idea but the sort of magnets you need would be difficult to find and to be honest if you did find them the cost would probably be as much as buying the proper boots. If you look at Bioflow online they are selling them with about £20 off at the moment - if you buy the 'proper' ones you know the magnets will be in the right place and they last forever - not worth trying to scrimp IMO.

I used the veredus magnetic boots for my old boy. I know they are expensive, but worth every penny! They kept him sound for years, and have removable liners that can be washed and dried easily.

Try http://www.equimagnets.co.uk/ you should be able to make your own magnetic boots from this site, give Kerry, the owner a ring and she can advise you what would be best.
I bought a magnetic rug kit from her and made my boy a magnetic rug myself for £50. He also has a pair of Bioflow tendon boots which he wears over night. The best thing about Bioflow is that they have a life time guaranty, the magnets will always work and not loose their "pull".
