I am looking for a new yard as the school where I am keeps flooding. :(

Any suggestions? Must haves are:

- all year turnout
- ad lib hay/haylage
-indoor school or two separate outdoor schools, good surface
- Lorry parking
-Lunge pen or arena

Hacking is not that important as I am happy to drive somewhere. I am usually up in after work in the evenings and would prefer somewhere without a curfew and a few more liveries. Part livery without exercise, can't do DIY because of my job.

There seem to be quite a few around Maidenhead and Fifield on the Drift road but I don't know the area at all.

Thanks :)

Hi Daisy I am at hornbuckle on drift road. It has all year round turn out ..(individual) . Even now in this weather! ...use of the walker daily as part of your livery, a lunge pen schools 60x40 with mirrors. It is a social yard and we have bbqs/fancy dress parties etc . Nice atmosphere and a lot of us commute so up in evenings. Mixture of competers and happy hackers. They organise transport to shows and the park and they do clinics and lessons. I really love it and so does my horse. Website is www.akw-equestrian.com They do part livery and Annabelle would be worth speaking to as she runs it. Hope this helps! Good luck

Read your pm first which makes sense now ;) How much does she charge?

Between 490-550 depending on the box but that's part livery for 7 days. Hacking is fab. Walker is included in the livery and they have turn out all year round. Annabel's number is 07825551213 if u want to text/ring her. And she is very flexible. See if it w
