Mains energiser

Hi, I have a wooden stables and tack room, with electricity. Would it be safe to house a mains energiser in the tackroom? A friend has just seen me lugging a battery down, and asked why I didn't get a mains energiser..Tia

Yes, that is what we do. Fitted by a qualified sparky. Just bought a Voss energiser and it has proven very successful.

Definitely, I would have one like a shot if we had electricity. We did when we were farming and so much easier than lugging a battery about and cheaper. Batteries are expensive.

Thank you both. So being wooden rather than brick isn't an issue ( I think I'm overly obsessive about fire risks!) AA , I will get qualified electrician to fit it, am also looking at getting it from Voss.
