Just wondering if anyone else has a sand and fibre surface, more specifically sand and clopf...

How do you maintain it? Wondering whether it is nessesary to invest in something like a small arena master or if there was an alternative?

Thanks

Could you tell us what you think of it? I was looking at Clopf earlier on - what's it like? How does it ride etc? (And how much did you use to top up your sand surface?)
Thanks

We bought a keep a level which is a cheaper version of the arena master.

We tend to roll it most days - especially in this hot dry weather, using the quad and a concrete filled roller.

We then use the arena leveller to take out any divets or after heavy usage maybe once or twice a week.

We tend to hand rake the edges every couple of weeks but you can hand rake any divets and just use a roller. The Clopf needs to be compacted back down and buried so I don't think the gate would work that well.
