Christ! They're awful, poor dogs.

And how is a Ba-Shar suddenly a Norfolk Mountain Dog several lines down? Are there any mountains in Norfolk?? Surely that alone would be enough to put off prospective puppy owners??

I think they're horrific crosses, certainly wouldn't deem it safe to breed a Shar Pei with an American Bulldog, at least not if the Bully was the sire!

I dont think there are any hills either.:D But anyone buying from there wouldnt know much about geography or anything else by the sound of it.

He seriously can not see he is doing wrong judging by his responses on another forum.... knob

That's cos he's scum.

There are dark hints that he uses male dogs he boards as studs! (He runs a boarding kennels? Dear God!) Can you imagine how you'd feel if someone used your entire dog as a stud and you thought it was safe and simply in kennels?!

This is a joke, right? A Stinger! FFS!

My favorite quote from the site is "They are an F1 hybrid, with a Springer Spaniel dad and a Staffy mum, both of whom are here for you to see. These pups are now fully vaccinated and ready to leave - for the life of me I don't know why they are still here, they are lovely pups."

Had a conversation with some kids the other day about dogs, I asked them what their favorite breed was and almost all of them listed a cross breed. Jakawawa, Jorkie, Cockerpoo etc etc. I tried to explain that they would be paying hundreds of pounds for what I would call a mongrel, something that used to be given away for free or very cheap. They had never thought of it that way before, thought these were real breeds and wanted them for the same reason they all bought Barbour jackets (or cheap, knock off , copies:p) last year. Sad.:(

However, one little girl proudly showed me a picture of her rescued collie x (that's what she called it :)) that her and her Mum had got from the local pound after their old Mongrel had died - still some hope!

i saw a german shepherd x basset hound at a show this summer. it looked, as you would imagine, bloomin ridiculous.
i commented to the owner who was standing next to me 'gosh, what an unusual looking dog you have there'
'isnt it' she told me proudly. 'my daughter deliberately bred her from her gsd bitch using a dog of a totally different looking breed to get some unusual puppies and this is one of them..'

i didnt want to ask why she'd want to do that in the first place but suppose money came into her thinking somewhere.

We have a slope, I'll have you know!:D

That place is not far from me, though I've not come across it before. I'll have a look at their site when time allows and see about getting in touch with the council. Personally, I do think these big breeding operations should be banned.
