make me shine :D

who does not want there horse to look fab and feel great, well i am one on those people but latley my horses coat has been looking a bit dull, i love love love to brush her and make her look like a fashion modle (with out the belly if you squint your eyes) i took this piccy on tuesday. i just want her to look good. any one got any make your horse shiney tip. i do you NAf citronella show and shine spray.

If I need the coat really shiny, I groom in 3 stages. First a soft curry comb to shift most of the dust, then a deep groom with a big stubben body brush. Then I use an Oster soft finishing brush, which is fab for putting a gleaming shine in the coat. Finally, i spray some absorbine show shine onto another big body brush and sweep over the coat. So shiny you need sunglasses!

I dont use any potions on my boys and they are always very shiny! Start with the feed I say, both mine get oil, then groom!

Try adding soya oil to her feed - works really well on one of mine who's very dark like yours.

Also I add vinegar to a bucket of water to wash him down with after I ride, helps bring up a shine.

I also use that NAF shine spray stuff but TBH Ive found CDM Coat Shine much better.
