makers mark on saddle?

Does anyone know who the maker may be on a saddle with a letter s on the button on the pommell (no makers plate under skirt)Odd question to ask but just seen a pony saddle on ebay and wonderedif it is english or not?

Not sure if it still exists, it was years ago but worth a try. Maybe try saddles not saddlery. Good luck.

It could be Saferide as they have quite a stylized S on their buttons. They tend to make for other saddleries though, eg Olney (that was) but very good saddles. We have had some with their own buttons on.
The Sandringham S was a gothic font style (again, a few years ago)
