Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I apologise if it's an obvious fix, my mind is blank today

I recently bought this multi bridle in the hopes of replacing my hackamore with something softer. I didn't realise it comes with the 2 straps for a crossover bridle but not a throat latch for when it's used as a side pull (my horse's preference).
I know some bridles come without this strap and are fine however my horse has small ears, and after riding in it today I feel it needs the extra strap just in case.

I love the bridle so before I give up on it, can anyone suggest a strap to use? It must have a clip on both ends to be used on the rings.

Thank you PicsArt_02-19-04.57.24.jpg

Once you are able (when lockdown is over) take the bridle to your local saddler/leather worker and they should be able to make you a new throatlash to suit the bridle.
