After having a few issues where I was confused as to why my spooky little horse turned into a raving lunatic I stripped his diet back to chaff and started again. With a bit of digging I realised the difference between the D & H pasture cubes and their mix is the addition of barley to the mix! So I want to try and create an index of feeds with a list of the ingredients. Ive not found anything current but want to know which feeds have alfalfa, are mollassed, have barley etc. Any help appreciated, if people can it would be good to PM me with the feed brand, name and the ingredients, often on piece of paper stitched to the bag. Thank you

Might be easier if you just tell us what your horse CAN'T have... that way we could make suggestions for your particular issue.

Its to create a document that would be posted on here for everyone to use. I know a lot of horses are alfalfa sensitive yet that appears to be in several cubes. Something similar has been created for dog food and is widely referred to.
