I'm claiming vets bills only cos he's a pet. They're already saying there's a £137 (or £139) excess - I'll have to check. They also say I'll have to pay 17% of the final amount. Again that sounds unusual and they could be trying it on. I pay almost £30 a month for one horse and have done for several years, so I expect a good service.
My vet said give them as little information as possible since they seem to "grasp" at anything to wriggle out.
They apparently have regular "fires" which result in records being destroyed.

Im with them too and its £139.00 excess and once you meet that they pay the rest.They didnt pay me ONLY because they excluded his microchip and tetanus,otherwise they would of payed out.I sent them a email and the boss wrote back to me.
