Managing a filthy horse in the stable?

have you treid fetherbed wood pellets its great for dirty horses the wet clumps and you can see all the poos

my horse digs,pees for england and hides poo... the only thing i found that worked was using a heavier type of bedding like easy bed as it doesnt move as easy. i also found that if he has a small bed he is really messy so the deeper the bed the cleaner he was- bizzare i know i only use 1 bale a week

I've found the same. I used to go through a bale of shavings every other day but now I've reduced the bed its much easier. I take all poo's and the odd wee then on the 4th day I really hunt for the wees and put a shavings down. I think its just trying out what works best
