Mane Pulling...

So I pulled a mane yesterday, not done it for years so am a bit slow. I didn't have a comb to begin with so was just using my fingers. This morning I still have pins and needles in my ring finger on my left hand! Just the tip... Is this normal? Obviously was wrapping the hair round that finger too hard but I felt ok at the time. Doesn't look any different, no discolour just weird pins and needles... Am I weird?

Yes, you are weird. Temporary sensitivity I would say.

Just been to see said mane and it looks lush, currently an Afro Mohican.

If I pull the hair out with my fingers I get that issue - but I have low blood pressure so I always assume it was something to do with that. So if I am pulling with my fingers I tend to wrap the hair around my first two fingers and pull. TBH though, these days I do a mean job with a solo comb

Thanks DD glad its not just me... I am not trusted with the solo comb!

I use a solo comb now but when I used to pull "properly" I got pins and needles for the rest of the day x
