We have a 60x20m manege by Andrew Bowen which has a sand, fibre and rubber mix surace. During the summer when it's really dry the surface moves around a lot and becomes very deep in some areas and very thin in other areas, which isn't helped by levelling. As soon as we have some rain it's fine and there's no problem! So we want to get a watering system that we can use when it's dry weather. Last summer we bought some garden sprayers and put them down the centre line but they didn't really do a great job - it didn't cover the whole area and took ages without getting the surface very wet. We've heard about some ridiculously expensive irrigation systems but have a modest budget. Any recommendations or advice on what we can do? Thanks!
