manners minder?

Has any one used one and with what success? Would like some reviews before I spend that sort of money... thinking particularly for agility training with waits but also for recall?

I had some running contact sessions using one and was pleased with the results, A frame contact is solid now, sadly dogwalk still variable! Haven't invested in one for use at home as I haven't got full sized contacts here so felt its use would be a bit limited.

Would it be too big/bulky to carry to the park? My garden is a terrible lay out for training but with his recall being hit and miss (as soon as there is a distraction) I need to get him out and about. Trust me I have tried everything . Lol

I think it would, it's an unwieldy sort of shape, wouldn't really fit in a normal sized rucksack or bag. For a smaller throwable remote reward have you considered a treat pouch?

You could always try a paws pocket from www.pawstrading.co.uk
You can put treats in the ball for the dog to reward themselves. A lot of agility and obedience people are using them

We use those too. Problem is he gets them and runs off into the sunset...
