mardy mare

my mare was extremely mardy/hormonal since the day and hour I bought her so I started her on Oestress by Naf. She seemed to be great about 3 weeks in for about 3 months but now is worse than ever.....I have a kick to my left leg to prove it.

Anyone know of what I can give to help her and me get along in hormonal happiness?

I have only heard good things about the product mare magic. have you ever had the vet out on this issue? There could be some sort of underlying cause.

hi there,

no underlying issues as had a full vet check, saddle check, teeth done.

She is A1 tip top condition but like many females...mainly myself she suffers from her hormones unfortunately for her.....and me.

Mare magic? Where would I get it?

Well I live in the US so I buy it at murdochs. But i'm not sure if u have those so Id look online.

I have no moody no; by Pegasus. From amazon. I've had good results from it. Rarely tell when she's in season on it

My mare has recently had the Improvac injection which has stopped her seasons/hormones.

I would give the herb Agnus castus a go.

Raspberry leaves are good which I think is what mare magic is . You can buy raspberry leaves from Thunderbrooks , natural horse supplies or Dodson and Horrell , can be used with agnus castus as well.
