Mare Has Lump on Udder *Pics* Any Ideas What it is

Photos show it on the right udder (the one viewed from the back), I have booked vet on a routine call for next week but wonder if anyone on here may know what it is, don't suppose much can be done for her yet as she has a 3 month old foal on her at the moment, I am getting increasingly worried about it though as it's getting bigger and bigger and there seems to be little ones spurting out the side of it now too thanks.

Looks to me like a melanoma, but hopefully I'm wrong. Does it ever have pus coming out of it?

Never has any pus, ages ago when it first started it bled a bit but since then it's just got bigger and never does any bleeding or pus that I have ever seen, luckily its just enough up her teet that the foal's tongue doesn't wrap it when she suckles, but if it gets much bigger not sure if what'll happen on that front.

Looks like either a melanoma or a sarcoid tbh
