Mare hates chiro - needs pelvis adjusting...

I literally have no idea why you're so invested in this thread that you'll throw out insults to everyone else on it, but anyway...
I'm assuming it's the same vet that has previously seen the horse for lameness work ups and therefore knows the horse quite well...

And why she has ignored the repeated recommendations for chiros and osteos who are first and foremost vets.

Its not only rude and aggressive, it means anyone reading her posts just ignores them. Trying to help does not entitle you to ram your opinion down their throat, shouting and coercing them until they do as you say.

And just to be totally clear, it is commonly accepted that capitalising words is shouting. Its not emphasising or highlighting, its SHOUTING. And shouting at people generally doesnt get them on board and listening.

I think its probably on topic, most people find its not the specific discipline etc but instead the practioner that makes a difference
True, just felt I was derailing further from OP original question so messaged MOC instead to pick her brains about MM

Flip, this escalated didn't it! Clearly a very emotive subject, though I'm not sure why...

Thanks all for your recommendations - I am waiting to hear back from Rob Jackson as he is local to me so I'll update as and when

I've heard very good reports about his work - but you need to be aware that he uses the long lever technique - which involves some pretty extreme looking manipulations. Possibly not ideal for your mare

Thank you, I wasn't aware of that. Maybe need to look at some other recommendations as well then.

I had him out to mine who was reactive and aggressive at the time, due to the pain he was in. Rob was very good. I didnt even notice he had treated him to be honest. He was stood next to him, then it was done! A previous osteo had refused to treat him as he tried to kick her head off to put it mildly. So you might find its ok. Worth a chat with him about it either way.
