My mare has started to flirt slightly more than usual but no squirting (eewww sorry didn't know how else to put it) yet, usually when in full swing she's always wetting herself!

Tilly got a little hormonal and flirtatious when Asbo first arrived but that lasted all of 3 days and she has been her usual self since! Having said that she doesn't really get hormonal, its very subtle and Im the only one who usually notices.
 
Mine was fine till last week as had been out with a gelding all winter and had spent most of the winter in season (being a complete tart). They were split up 2 weeks ago as he got fed up with her attention and she started coming in with kicks and bite marks, last week she turn into a stroppy mare, then reared over my head when I brought her in on Monday, put her on Oestress Tuesday and she is back to being lovely again!!!! She is always horrid in the Spring, but fine the rest of the year.
 
Moonie was showing vague signs last week so has gone back on her hormone balancer stuff so hopefully wont get any problems.....

My mares have all been and gone. First seasons are over.....Spring is definitely on it's way.

Both the younger mares were as daft as brushes at the weekend, seems to be linked with the first season of the year. I hope that they will settle down now, as the big mare (17hh Clydesdalexshire) took off with my sister, trotting unstopably along the road!
 
Mine has been subdued so far but I am sure the first major season of 2007 is not far away. She is a tart and a dragon most of the time anyway but first season usually means I can't catch her straight away for a few days.
 
Oh yes!!

It took me nearly half an hour to even stop her spooking and cnatering around with her head in the air this morning! Silly horse. Got a lesson tomorrow, first one since she's been rebacked. I hope she actually concentrates at least half as much as I will be!

I let my tiny mare out with the boys today just because I thought she looked bored. Bad idea! She INSTANTLY went into season (honest to god, this mare is permanently turned on!), squirting everywhere (gross). So of course the boys get all rattled up and my Welshie starts trying to mount her...... so had to split them up again. She's such a tart!
