Mare worse on Regumate

My mare has been on Regumate for 6 days and is really unsettled, she has got really clingy to other horses, neighing all the time when she is in her stable, really over sensitive with rugs and tacking up and generally tense. She's spookier to ride and finds other horses way to exciting!

Reason I put her on it was because she was very crabby to ride when in season and spent too much time staring at the boys and not eating when in the field but this is so much worse! She's usually so wonderful to handle but is being a right pain now!

Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Might be worth putting this in breeding as regumate more commanly used by breeders I suspect. I had my mare on it as grumpy out of season and far too loving to people when in!!! Worked ok to keep her on a level but very expensive!
