Anyone else struggling with their mares atm. Mine is on regumate but still horribly moody and the mare next door is very in season. I'm giving up riding mine for a few days as she's being such a twit.

Mine has been an absolute cow to and from the field with a gelding she is normally tolerant of.

At least this means spring is on its way?!

My mum's mare is another moody mare!

She is the sweetest thing you could ever meet but as soon as she goes into season she acts like everything is out to get her!

But we have been trialling a supplement with her that is called no more nerves I think. It seems to be working and she isn't as sensitive or moody. However I think we'll only put her on it when we know she's coming into season as it's something like £25 a bag! On the plus side it smells amazing.
