Mares milk products

A friend of mine suffers from psoriasis and in researching treatments came across this site

Ive had a look at it but nowhere does it really say how this milk is obtained..well only generally. No way does she want to use this stuff if it isnt ethically produced especially after me telling her about the pregnant mare farms in US [horrid] Ive never heard of it but Im sure someone on here can help us out

Having had 'discussions' with a donkey mare milk product producer, I am very strongly against buying mares milk products.

I dont suppose you know any details of where this milk come from and how these mares are cared for..."farmed"? Are they horse mares or donkey mares? Seems as tho most of these products are rather suspect
