We have had our rubber surface changed to the above, the yard owner did not touch it at all after it was installed then said he couldnt as we needed rain. He has worked it a couple of times with the harrow from Mark Scott which they only bought a couple of months ago and then rollers it flat. The issue is the fibre is all on the top and prior to him harrowing it several horses had tripped and a couple had gone down. What is the maintenance required for these surfaces?
