Mark Todd breeches - fitting?

I have worn my breeches out, they are down to bare threads on the seat/inner thigh!

I fancy a pair of MT breeches as I like mud coloured clothing and I like Mark Todd stuff, I have a rug and a bridle and am impressed with the quality. Im a size 8, will 26" waist ones fit or will I need the next size up? Am clueless as to how they fit, they look like a nice long slim fit from the pics.

(I want to buy online and I want to buy them now!)

I'm an 8 and the 26" fit nicely, not tight but then not too baggy either
(I'm wearing mine now so just pulled the waistband to test )

Eeeek, glad I didnt order any then . Im normally a size 12 and wear size 28 but have recently put a few pounds on so was thinking of ordering a size 30. Doesnt look like I have a cat in hells chance of getting them on if your both size 8 and wearing a 26 inch. My friend is a size 6 to 8 and she wears size 22 to 24, not MT though.

I'm a size 8 and 24" fit fine... I tried the 26" and they hung off me!!

I have two pairs, size 30 and im a size 14, they are great so comfortable

I am normally a 28'' waist, the Mark Todd ones fit me well (the plaid breeches) but they did shrink slightly in washing so are perhaps now more hipsters than waisters! Ido like them very much but not happy that I followed washing instructions and they shrunk

Ha, am wearing mine now too still... lol

Mine are a 30 and I am a size 12. Bit annoyed as i think a 30 is a 14!!

I am a size 10 and usually wear size 26 jods but have just got some Mark Todd denim breeches and needed a 28 so I reckon they come up small.
